Will is both fun to work with and adept at his job. He has an in-depth understanding of the twists and turns involved in the process of bringing land from entitlement to the construction. He works closely with the project team to understand potential challenges and how these challenges would affect budget and the overall project goals while pushing the project forward. I most recently worked with Will when he managed the Vista 68 project where these skills were evident.
