William Inghram

As the Principal and founder of Rockwell Land Co, William Inghram brings a unique understanding to the land acquisition, entitlement, development, costing, contracting, negotiating, and disposition process with experience on both sides of the fence. William has overseen more than 25 projects from start to finish.
William specializes in projects that require multiple jurisdictional approvals expertly navigating state agencies like CalTrans, the California Environmental Quality Act, COFW, CalGEM, California DRE, and the Department of Toxic Substances Control. In addition to federal entities like the EPA and FEMA.
William also relishes working through complex land development obstacles to not only speed the process but help preserve client capital. William spent six years on the home building and development side and now focuses on adding value for both buyers and sellers through his consultancy with Rockwell Land Co.
William Is an expert in all aspects of development and through his due diligence and keen assessment ability - he is able to diagnose issues seen and unseen to chart a path forward provided it makes fiscal sense. His relentless pursuit of making sure budgets and deadlines are met and set directly correlates to (the) your bottom line.
